和歌山事務所の松間です。
7月に上棟したやながわ会館様の進捗報告です。
主な内容は新築棟の増築工事と、既存棟の改修工事になります。

新築棟の残工事は外部巾木の塗装、内部は畳を入れて美装。
既存棟の改修工事は屋根・外壁の塗装が完了し、玄関柱のタイル貼をしている最中です。
内部は順次、クロスの貼替・建具枠へのダイノックシート貼が行われています。
新築棟をお引渡ししてからの、既存棟の部分解体をしてのユニットバスの入れ替え、和室のリニューアルなどを控えています。
日々、完成していくのが楽しみです。
